A real man most time faces challenges Silently,
Calculates in his mind, then decides Confidently.
He is pushed to stand and man up despite been Tired,
Killed by family and society, dies slowly till he’s Expired.
He’s never valued nor seen like he’s doing ever Enough,
Whenever he tries to take a rest, they say he’s Untough.
He fights for his own, defends his woman, takes the Fall,
Keeps going when insulted, still continues to stand Tall.
A real man is loyal, forget how some portray him to Be,
He speaks up about his secrets, own up to his cup of Tea.
Could go around with one shirt, one short and no Shoes,
Make sure his family got all they need and all they Choose
A real man knows, men and women are born same Way,
But their roles are never equal as mostly depicts it Today.
He doesn’t raise his hands to beat a lady no matter What,
Learns to control his anger or walk away for what its Worth.
A true man never treats a woman like a mere sex Symbol,
Forget the status quo, doesn’t see every lady as a Bimbo.
No matter the colour of her skin, shape, size nor Height,
In the life of a true gentleman, a good woman becomes his only Delight.
